Workspaces

A workspace in PipeOps is an isolated environment where you can manage projects, servers, and team members independently. Workspaces are useful when you need to separate work across different organizations, clients, or teams — each with its own resources and settings.

Each workspace requires its own active subscription. When you create a new workspace, you will be prompted to select and activate a subscription plan before you can start using it. There is no limit to the number of workspaces you can create.

Switching Between Workspaces

If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can switch between them from the workspace switcher in the top navigation bar.

  1. Click the workspace name in the top navigation bar.
  2. A dropdown will appear listing all workspaces available to your account.
  3. Click any workspace in the list to switch to it.

Creating a New Workspace

  1. Click the workspace name in the top navigation bar to open the workspace switcher dropdown.
  2. Click Create New Workspace at the bottom of the dropdown.
  3. A form will appear — enter a name for your new workspace.
  4. Complete the setup and select a subscription plan for the new workspace.

Once created, your new workspace will appear in the workspace switcher and you can start adding projects, servers, and team members to it.
